1. What is EZ Gaming?
• EZ Gaming is a subscription-based game portal that offers on-going game tournament(s)/contest(s) and unlimited free android and iOS game downloads to Telenor subscribers. The subscription fee for EZ Gaming is at PKR 35 Weekly. EZ Gaming hosts games tournament(s) and is open to all Telenor subscribers for participation. All game tournament(s) provides exciting prizes and the prizes of each game tournament/contest is displayed in http://ezgaming.pk/

2. How can I check my ranking?
• You can refer to leaderboard section in EZ Gaming portal for both game ranking. In order to see your score inside the leaderboard, you need to join monthly solo tournament. You can find the schedule inside portal in “PUBG”

3. Can I play both PUBG and Super Jones?
• Yes, you can. Once you subscribed to EZ Gaming, you can enjoy any tournament within the portal.

4. Game Tournament(s)/Contest(s)
• EZ Gaming hosts on-going game tournaments throughout the year and the duration of each tournament will be displayed in http://ezgaming.pk/. For each tournament, a game title will be released as the tournament game. Subscribers to EZ Gaming can download the game and play the game to reach the highest rank on the Leaderboard to win the offered prizes. Prizes may differ from one game tournament to the next.

5. Where can I find PUBG ID?
• You need to open PUBG game apps and proceed to profile. You may find the ID and Nickname as per image:


6. How to subscribe to EZ Gaming?
• There are 2 ways to subscribe to EZ Gaming. Subscription can be via:
1. Visit http://ezgaming.pk/
2. Game application for Super Jones only

7. How squad creation is done?
• The solo player will be randomly selected by EZ Gaming to create a squad.

8. How to participate in the tournament game?
• EZ Gaming will announce a game title for each tournament. To participate, a subscriber needs to do the following:
1. Subscribe to EZ Gaming portal.
2. Download the game title announced for tournament.
3. Play the game and upload the score.
4. Maintain active subscription for the entire tournament period.

9. GEM - Purchase options for Super Jones
• There are 8 packages available for the GEMs purchase for all tournament game(s). A subscriber may choose either one of the following packages based on requirement.

• Please note that:
1. The monthly limit is cap at PKR XXX
2. User need to have active subscription to purchase GEMs

10. GEMs and Validity
• All GEMs purchased will remain in the EZ Gaming individual game account that the subscriber created.
1. It is available for the following tournament game (with same game title) if the current tournament had expired.
2. If the subscriber had unsubscribed from EZ Gaming portal and re-subscribe (with the same mobile phone account in Telenor), the unused GEMs will be available for the following game tournament (with same game title).
• Please note that GEMs will be forfeited and reset if the subscriber:
1. Switch or ports out to another network.
2. Terminates the mobile subscription with Telenor.

11. Can I change my username on the Leaderboard?
• Your username can only be set one time upon submitting your score for the first time

12. Can I upload my Score to the Leaderboard if I'm not an EZ Gaming subscriber?
• No, if you are not a subscriber, you are unable to upload your score to the Leaderboard.

13. How can I become an EZ Gaming subscriber?
• You must be a registered Telenor postpaid or prepaid customer in order to join the Tournament.
